Delete Account Request
Users can delete their EmailsDone account from the account page after signing in.
This page is for users who cannot access their account or need manual help deleting their account.
Request account deletion
To request manual account deletion, email:
Please email us from the email address linked to your EmailsDone account.
Include enough information for us to identify the account, such as:
- your account email address;
- project or workspace name;
- company name, if applicable;
- the reason you cannot delete the account yourself.
We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
What will be deleted
When an account is deleted, we will delete or anonymise personal data that is no longer needed, including account data, project data, API keys, environments, sending domains and application records linked to the account where appropriate.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, billing, abuse-prevention or service-protection reasons.
This may include:
- billing and invoice records;
- payment history;
- support messages;
- security and audit logs;
- suppression, bounce, complaint or unsubscribe records;
- records needed to investigate abuse, spam or fraud;
- records we are required to keep by law.
Where we retain data, we limit it to what is reasonably necessary.
Processing time
We will process deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible.
