By using EmailsDone, you acknowledge that your personal data will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy.
1. What EmailsDone does
EmailsDone provides transactional email tools for developers and businesses.
Our service helps customers send application emails such as account verification, password resets, magic links, billing emails, trial emails, notifications and other messages triggered by genuine application activity.
EmailsDone is not a spam platform, cold outreach tool, purchased-list sender, newsletter platform or bulk marketing service.
2. Our role under data protection law
EmailsDone may act as either a controller or a processor, depending on the situation.
A controller decides why and how personal data is processed. A processor processes personal data on behalf of a controller.

- visitors to our website;
- people who contact us for support;
- billing and payment administration;
- product security;

- our own legal and business records.
When we are a processor
When a customer uses EmailsDone to send transactional emails to their users, the customer is usually the controller and EmailsDone is usually the processor.
In that situation, we process recipient data, message metadata, template variables, suppression data and event data on the customer’s behalf so that we can provide the email service.
